This Page only highlights some of the work I have done For clients and at work. Because of non-competes, legal documents and some companies not allowing me to show the work I have done these are the only projects I can show. in some cases I have done a similar project to one that I was not allowed to show to at least display the skills I have.
“Free Wax”
This is an example of some layout designs I have made for previous projects make to gain attention and get the point across clearly and quickly. I made this project on Adobe Illstrator. There are several layers of masks and color overlays. Also, the mountains and the board shadow in this picture were elements I added.
Sticker Pack
This is an example of packaging design I have worked on at a previous job. This type of design was made for an amazon store where we sold sticker packs. The pink line around the artwork is a cut-contour line.
AW MEDIA INTERNSHIP
While interning at AW media. These were the types of branding and advertising projects I worked on. Usually the add included: some type of illustrative element, headline text and photographic elements. This was created for a VIP package.
AW MEDIA INTERN
This is a VIP poster I made while I was an intern at AW media. This was created for customers that purchased a VIP package for a POWERGLOVE concert at the Gramercy Theater in the summer of 2018. This Project had to include the power glove the Custom fonts and the Circular device in the background. This was massive project that I learned so much with. This project was 100% custom illustration produced on adobe illustrator.
“More Dudes”
This is a custom sublimated reversible jersey setup I made for a lacrosse team based in Maryland. The process began with a thumbnail drawing of the scene and then the scene was converted to the jersey template. All the artwork is custom and fitted to each different sized jersey (i,e small, medium, large, etc…) This was a very difficult and tedious project but I am really happy with the final product. This illustrated jersey was featured as one of the best uniforms at the tournament the team played in. The motive for this is the bar called Seacrets. The Team wanted Little drink cups to signify each players experience in years on the team and at the specific tournament.
“JERSEY’S AND HELMETS”
This is a typical example of the branding and production work I have done. Typically I will be given a short write up of what the team is looking for, the Logos they would like to use( In this case this is a logo and word mark I created) and whatever other information. From there I just design.
“FUEL OX”
BELOW IS THE FUEL OX PROJECT I WORKED ON. THE PROJECT BEGAN AS pencil sketch then turned into A PROCREATE SKETCH AND CAME TO LIFE FROM THERE. THE CUSTOMER MADE ADJUSTMENTS ON THE FINAL DESIGN, AFTER I HAD THE ORIGINAL SKETCH MADE UP, BUT THAT WAS NO BIG DEAL. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS PROJECT AND WAS READY For ANY CHANGES AND CHALLENGES THIS BROUGHT.
PAckage Design/ layout
This is an example of some of the package design work I have done. These projects were of two kinds: (1) printed artwork applied to a box and (2) All over stickers that are applied to a whole box. I have made custom templates to accurately apply the printed artwork quickly. I really enjoy these projects and I would like to do more projects like these and even more complicated ones.
Devine Spark
This project was made when I was at Montclair State University. This image was part of a campaign series called classical artwork. The idea was to use parts of well known artwork in social media campaigns as a way to make content worth looking at to meet the goal of organically growing our social media followers.
STX MAVERICK TOP GUN
This is an example of the work I did at Fourg Athletics. (I take no credit for the photo). I was tasked with the challenge of making the “TOP GUN MAVERICK” Lacrosse helmet for the brand STX. This was a difficult project that took several test prints to get right. Even though this was a challenging project and very stressful I was so happy to see that STX loved the final product.

“SNOW GOOSE”
When I worked at the company Foco we made a lot of textile patterns for sports wear. This is clearly not sports wear but this is an example of some of the pattern work I would create at FOCO: A repeating pattern.
“Local 6025”
This was a fun little freelance logo design project that I made for the adjunct Montclair AFT Local Union 6025. If you are interested in learning more about my design process for this project please look at my AFT Local Union 6025 redesign case study. This is the finalized logo in three different variations and color ways. I really enjoyed working closely with the Union to create and update the unions’ look.
AFT 25 Anniversary Logo
This was created for the Montclair Local 6025 AFT Union’s 25th anniversary. I worked closely with the 1st vice president of the union to get this all set up. The main idea in this design was to get the 25 in “6025” to stand out for the 25th anniversary. After many iterations and lots of drawing these are the designs that were finalized for the union’s buttons and pins for the 25th anniversary of the union.
“Sketch to concept”
This design below was not used for the AFT local union. But this was key to my creative process for the project. These two frames show my process from procreate to final. I realized while working on this project that the simple act of drawing can really help me get my ideas moving so even if the concept I am working out in the current drawing doesn’t pan out the creative wheels are moving and will get me on track.
John’s Limoncello
This is a project I made for my brother-in-law. He makes a great limoncello, but he had no artwork. So I made him these labels.

“Aim High THis Summer”
This was a illustration I made for montclair State University’s office of summer and winter sessions. This began as an on-site drawing and from there I vectorized the drawing and got it all set to post. I was really proud of this drawing and final project at the time. It took a long time to make and was so worth it in the end.
DAWN PAtrol
This was my last post for the 2021 Summer Sessions Season. I created this project from my imagination. I had a great time working on this and I look to create more images like this.
“Desk Atmosphere”
This illustration was so challenging and so much fun. I made a patterned wallpaper in the background and kept the pallet simple by using 4 colors everything else just happened.

This is a graphic I made for an instagram story post. I kept it very simple.
90’s Bauhaus Retro Logo
This was a fun little out of the box logo I made for Montclair State’s Office of Summer and Winter Sessions.
“Course Promo”
This is a typical course promo. It is made up of a edited stock photo and my own design work.
“The Original”
This I had such a great time with. I wanted to play around with some colors, images and pattern work. This image is from 2018. It has some very rough edges but I really am proud of my intuittive design skills (I made this before I really started to get a grasp of what I was doing).
Beach Perspective
This Illustration was made with just three colors: Blue , Yellow & Orange. I Limited the pallet to harmonize the various elements and to force myself to use a larger tonal range.
“Informational & Collaboration-al”
This was part of a joint department project. I created this Illustration to be posted on Montclair State University’s main instagram.
“find your inspiration”
This is my first digital painting on photoshop. I think my computer almost bust into flames while I was making this. I had a really great time working on this picture and I really enjoyed using all the color and all the light in this picture. All in all I had a blast designing and exicuting this picture I think this really opened up doors for me.
“The Interlocking Flock”
This was so much fun to create. I struggled for a little bit to figure out an interlocking bird shape. Once, I found a bird shape that worked it was so cool to watch all the pieces come together. I experimented with some color and gradients on this and I just enjoyed this.
Candy Sky
This course promo was made to really grab someones’ attention. I tried to incorporate more strictly graphic elements in this one to make it clean and really simple.
Earth.
This post was a big color one for me. I love the pattern of the faded trees in the background and the interlocking alchemical earth symbols.

Like the post above I focused on the colors in this one. I kept this one really simple and played with the typography.

This picture was difficult. This is a digital illustration of a building on the Montclair State University Campus. I used perspective to put this together.

This project was 100% imaginary and was made to idealize a work space at home that students would use because the Covid-19 pandemic moved all summer classes to online instruction. I made an effort to make the work space look as interesting and and comfortable as possible.

This project I really enjoyed. I created this city scape and the clouds to represent an unlimited future and the possibilities that summer sessions offers students.

This is one of my recent favorites. I like it because I chose a very difficult subject for this. This started as a sketch of the main University building and an ugly empty parking lot. I really tried to transform the subject in this.

This Project was created in the summer of 2019. This project was for a social media giveaway. The project had to summarize the office in one image and be interesting enough to attract attention of our viewers. “Hula Snowman”
This is one of my favorite projects. My boss wanted something creative for the e-news letter that advertised winter session in august. So I decided to dress a snow man in more hot weather clothes to make the image a little bit more suitable for a summer e-news letter advertising a winter subject.

This one was made for the Office of Summer and winter sessions. It was made as part of a series of projects that displays the Montclair state campus in an idealized way and promote the 2020 summer session.

The image above was created to advertise not just what Summer Sessions as a whole but it also advertises self growth in any positive way.
“Day or Night”
This project was made for the 2018 summer semester and used on all of its social media accounts. This simplistic design is what I aspire to improve on. This was meant to sum up an online class experience with an emphasis on taking the class relatively on your own time.

I created this UN brochure to be printed and used as an advertisement for incoming high school students. This brochure had to advertise and inform the students what the program was and also show why it is worth doing.

This project was made to idealize online classes do to the Covid-19 pandemic. This scene pictures the business building on campus in the background and in the foreground there is a blanket, laptop and books for an online class.

This photograph i took was used for the Montclair State’s e-news letter to advertise the upcoming 2018 summer session.
THIS is a design I made was used with a stock photo. I did all the color and typography. This was used to ADVERTISE THE UPCOMING 2018 SUMMER SESSION via the offices social media.
This project was a what we call a class promotion post. This is where a teacher asks me to create a design to promote their low enrolled summer class. In this project I made an emphasis on using a captivating stock image and using a font and colors that would compliment the photo.
This is another example of a class promotion project. In this project I tried to have a little bit of fun with the misspelling of the words on this to play into the specific course I was promoting.
